Six new priests in Stepney

On Saturday, 14 June, St Paul’s Shadwell was filled with joy as six Stepney curates were ordained priest by Bishop Joanne. After a year of faithful service as deacons in their parishes, they now continue their curacies as priests, ministering in the communities where they’ve already begun to make a difference. It was a wonderful celebration — a packed church, a powerful sense of God’s presence, and six delighted new priests ready to serve the Church of England.
